Westmoreland TN WebsiteWestmoreland, Tennessee. Westmoreland has a population of 2,146. Westmoreland is a city that has worked hard to bring new services to its residents, but also maintain the treasured small-town way of life. Improvements to the city parks are a source of pride for residents, and the annual Fourth of July fireworks event draws participation from those living in the city and its surrounding area.

Bethpage, while not an incorporated city, has as its center the Bethpage Elementary School and a cluster of churches that are as much a part of the community's social life as they are religious and educational. The annual Bethpage First United Methodist Church Fish Fry brings out residents from all the surrounding areas and during an election year is a ''must'' stop on candidate's campaign trail.
Castalian Springs, also an unincorporated community, is one of the most historic areas in the Middle Tennessee region with Bledsoe Fort Historic Park, the frontier home of General James Winchester, Cragfont, and Wynnewood, a historic log stagecoach inn. An archeological dig at the Bledsoe park has been a treasure of artifacts from prehistoric times through the settling of the Tennessee. Summer digs by Middle Tennessee State University students have identified the outline of Bledsoe Fort, which protected the first settlers who came to the area on the historic Avery Trace, which passed through Castalian Springs.
